You can handle the relevant procedures in Suzhou Municipal Administration Service Center, Urban Management Office located at No. 182, Sanxiang Road. You should submit 2 copies of Application Form (have been stamped), 1 current photo of yourself, 2 color effect pictures of your store, 1 copy of business license or name approved notice issued by Administration for Industry and Commerce, 1 copy of property right certificate or house leasing contract of the store, then the work personnel of urban management will transact and complete it within 7 days.
3. Which behaviors referring to the urban appearance management require being approved by the urban management authority?

2.我要装修一下新盘的店面，再设置个招牌，应该怎样办理审批手续？
应到三香路182号市行政服务中心城管窗口办理相关手续,须提交申请表2份(并盖章)、现状照片1张、店招彩色效果图2张、工商执照复印件1份或工商局名称核准书复印件1份以及房屋的产权证复印件1份或房屋租赁协议复印件1份。城管工作人员将在7个工作日内予以办结。
3、涉及市容管理的哪些行为是需要经城管部门审批的？
目前市城管局审批事项主要是户外广告设置审批和占道审批两类。具体是指户外广告（含店招店牌）、大型标语牌、城区主要道路画廊设置审批；在城市建筑物、设施上张挂、张贴宣传品；在街道两侧和公共场地临时堆物、搭建非永久性建筑物或其他设施审批。

5、我居住的新村里有一家饭店既无营业执照，又没有卫生许可证，城管部门能否来管一管？
根据《苏州市城市管理相对集中行政处罚权试行办法》，城管部门负责对无固定场所的无照经营，也就是俗称的无证摊点、店外占道经营行为进行查处。而无营业执照、卫生许可证，则应分别向工商、卫生部门反映。
6、违章建筑是城管部门管吗？
是的，凡未经规划批准，擅自占用广场、道路搭建违章构建筑物，在道路两侧建筑物上开门开窗、悬挂店招店牌、门面装修及建造和设置户外广告的行为，城管部门都可进行依法查处，并组织清除。
7、发现有人破坏古树名木，是否该及时向城管部门举报？

我市从2001年10月1日起施行《苏州市城市管理相对集中行政处罚权试行办法》，市、区城管执法局相对集中行使市区市容环境卫生管理方面全部行政违法行为的行政处罚权和市区规划、绿化、工商、环保、市政、水利（水务）、公安交通管理方面部分行政处罚权。《试行办法》规定：在人行道板（广场）上乱停车辆由城管执法部门行政处罚权。

可直接向所在地街道或区城管部门进行书面或口头举报。也可直接向市城管局信访室投诉。每月第一周的星期二为市城管局局长信访接待日，局领导班子成员将亲自接待来访群众。
城管的执法工作必须严格执法行政按照规定的执法程序来进行。由于违章搭建案件的调查取证、处罚执行较难得到当事人的配合，因此从立案到强制执行往往会颇费时日。目前，城管部门对新建违章采取早发现、早制止、早拆除的办法，对前几年遗留的老违章，将按照市政府有关文件精神，有组织、有计划地分批组织清理。
